本产品用于各种用途的标准集装箱房屋是适用于国际集装箱运输的房屋。适当的外部尺寸使之可以吊起作为一个集装箱运输。集装箱房屋的框架属于轻钢结构，包含地面，房顶和四角骨架，它的外壁都钢板制成，这种建筑方式和材料特有的物理属性，为室内提供了舒适的环境。其所用的材料全是环保材料

this kind of container house is convenient in lifting, fixing and compounding. the construction of the house enables its compounding in longitudinal and transverse directions without limits, also enables compounding of containers into 2 floors (ground floor + first floor), or 3 floors. the frame of container house is light steel structure, including floor, roof and four corner pillars. the external wall is sandwich panel. the building materials and its specific physical properties offer a comfortable indoor condition and suit to various purposes. and all the materials that used are environmental friendly. the standard container houses are convenient in transport. the container houses could be combined in shipment; each 4 container houses could combine one standard container package, which cut down the transportation cost. and it is also could be loaded in containers with suit

地面结构：下横梁位16#槽钢，上横梁为70mmx40mmx2.5mm方管，立柱为钢折件3.5mmm，材质为q235，地面檩条为方管80mmx40mmx2.0mm，固定采用两面焊接。

保温层:50mm岩棉板，

室内地面木板厚度为:18mm的多层板；

Zui上面层为2mm厚的抗耐磨pvc地板；

保温层: 50mm厚的岩棉容重为90kg/m³，放在30mm*50mm木制檩条间；

面层:4mm-6mm厚度防火板

内部表面层为pvc贴面或壁纸

外墙喷涂及密封

表面:除锈,防锈漆（环氧层）厚度:一道30 ,面漆二道，厚度50μm。

密封胶：集装箱专用密封胶耐用温度70c°~ —30c°

surface painting: rust removed then painted twice, base painting 30μm anti-rust epoxy paint, surface painting 50μm

sealants: special sealant for container, appropriate temperature 70c°~ —30c°
